    • We set-up Audio Presenter as a monthly pack.
    • Whichever pack you purchase, you’ll receive that amount of NEW Audio Presenters each month, on your billing date.
    • Our team will communicate with you prior to your billing date to start the new monthly ‘batch.’
    Do you have a yearly option?
    • Yes, absolutely.
    • When you pay a yearly fee, you get a better discount rate.

    Can I use your human avatar and voice?
    • YES, absolutely!
    • We know you’re busy handling your day-to-day business and there are only so many hours in a day.
    • If you want to use one of our avatar pictures and voice, just let us know.
    • You can either mix them up (some of you and some of them), so you have a variety of faces and voices.
    • You could state that they are your business concierge!
    • Also, you can use your partners and employees!
    How do I submit my assets to you?
    • When we start your project, we have a ‘discovery call’ with you.
    • On that call, we go over this question.
    • We make sure that it’s as easy as possible for you to submit your assets, be it, audio or any images and documents.
    • We use an on-line portal for you to submit all your assets.
    If I have an issue, how do I contact you?
    • Great question!
      You can reach out to one of our experienced support staff via email.
    • They are available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.
    • We always get back with you the same day.
    • In case you have an issue after business hours or on the weekends, we do have someone that handles the support desk. They will make sure that your ticket gets logged in and will be dealt with first thing the next business day.
    • If your issue is with down time, our tech team will get notified and will find a quick resolution.
    Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
    • YES!
    • If you want to cancel your monthly subscription, now matter what level you have, just let us know per the email we supply, and it will be cancelled.
    • Once cancelled, you OWN those videos you’ve paid for!
    How to Get Started?
    • Once you purchase Audio Presenter, you’ll receive an email with a best time to connect. This will be for the discovery call!
    • On the Discovery Call, we get a better understanding of what you want your message to be and how best to present it!
    • Next, we will need a 30-60 second audio file (.mp4) of you communicating whatever you want to say to your viewers.
    • This is for each of your Audio Presenters.
    • REMEMBER: there is only so much we can do if your Audio is bad, be it background noise to poor quality audio. This package is NOT about us audio editing your work, but using it and enhancing it so viewers will stop and watch it!
    • Within the discovery call, all parties will know what to do next.
    • Once you submit your .mp4, our team will get to work on the creation process.
    • Once the 1st draft is ready, we’ll have you view it for any revisions. Once you sign off on the revision, we’ll finish and send you the finished video!
