– It’s a vertical sized (1080×1920) video explicitly designed for your business website.
– It’s between 30 and 60 seconds in length.
– It’s a video recording of YOU (selfie) talking about something of interest about you and/or your business/industry.
– Along with the video of yourself in this vertical video… there’s CALL-TO-ACTION elements inside the video, whereas when they CLICK the buttons, it goes where you want them to go!
– They are PROFESSIONALLY created in-house from the ground up. Just think, they can click a link, right inside of your video! These will be customized with YOUR branded colors (be it the background & button colors).

When A Video Ends:
– Play again: once your Face Presenter video ends, it will loop your video to play again and again.
– Stop: this will make your Face Presenter video stop at the end of the video.
Default Sound:
– Mute: (perferred method) This will start with the video muted. This is best due to accessibility and respecting your visitors’ preferences. No one likes videos auto starting with audio.
– Unmute: This will start your Face Presenter video with your voice over audio.
Player Position:
– Center of Page: This will open your Face Presenter video in the center of your website page.
– At the toggle: (perferred method) This opens the video at the same place as the toggle.
Note: No matter what setting you have, the toggle always is invisible while the video is playing.
Link Sharing:
– Don’t want to embed your video, but rather have an URL? We got you covered.
With each Face Presenter, we can provide you an URL link on it’s own landing page.
– So now you can showcase your Face Presenter however you’d like.
Customizations
Analytics:
– Choose to have this active and you’ll get a breakdown of your Face Presenter’s video.
– Now, you can SEE what your viewers are doing so you can fine-tune your marketing outreach!
Title and Discription:
– You can choose to have a title and discription on your Face Presenter video.
– This will be viewable at all times when the video is playing.
Positioning:
– You can have your video on the lower right OR lower left hand corner of the web page.
Margins:
– You can have vertical and horizonal margins so they don’t always have to be in the corner.

Why is there a monthly / yearly fee?
- We host your Face Presenter on our servers. There is a hosting fee for this.
- Included in your monthly fee is the weekly analytics. This data is a fantasic way to measure where you are keeping your viewers attention and at the same time, where they might be dropping off.
- If you need your call-to-action elements changed, we will do this, just let us know.
- We just ask that you do NOT abuse this service!
Do you have a yearly option?
- Yes, absolutely.
- When you pay a yearly fee, you get a better discount rate.
- Just click the pricing toggle to yearly.
Can I use your human avatars?
- YES, absolutely!
- We know you’re busy handling your day-to-day business and there are only so many hours in a day.
- If you want to use one or more of our avatars, just let us know.
- You can either mix them up (some of you and some of them), so you have a variety of people.
- You could state that they are your business concierge!
- Also, you can use your partners and employees!
How do I submit my assets to you?
- When we start your project, we have a ‘discovery call’ with you.
- On that call, we go over this question.
- We make sure that it’s as easy as possible for you to submit your assets, be it, video, or any images and documents.
- We use an on-line portal for you to submit all your assets.
If I have an issue, how do I contact you?
- Great question!
You can reach out to one of our experienced support staff via email. - They are available Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.
- We always get back with you the same day.
- In case you have an issue after business hours or on the weekends, we do have someone that handles the support desk. They will make sure that your ticket gets logged in and will be dealt with first thing the next business day.
- If your issue is with down time, our tech team will get notified and will find a quick resolution.
Can I cancel my monthly / yearly subscription?
- YES!
- If you want to cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, no matter what level you have, just let us know per the email we supply, and it will be cancelled. Please note, yearly subscriptions need to submit 30 days prior to your renewal date.
- Once you are cancelled, on your next billing date, your Face Presenter WILL NOT work.
- Please instruct your webmaster to DELETE the embed code for that Face Presenter.
How to Get Started?
- Once you purchase Face Presenter, you’ll receive an email with a best time to connect. This will be for the discovery call!
- On the Discovery Call, we get a better understanding of what you want your message to be and how best to present it!
- Next, we will need a 30-60 second vertical video of you (selfie) communicating whatever you want to say to your viewers.
- This is for each of our Face Presenters.
- REMEMBER: there is only so much we can do if your video is shaky, bad lighting, bad background and so on. This package is NOT about us video editing your work, but using it and enhancing it so viewers will stop and watch it!
- Within the discovery call, all parties will know what to do next.
- Once you submit your .mp4, our team will get to work on the creation process.
- Once the 1st draft is ready, we’ll have you view it for any revisions. Once you sign off on the revision, we’ll finish and send you the codes so your webmaster can embed it on your website page!
